CoreLogic is the brand of Luxury Vinyl Plank owned by Floorily, a flooring manufacturer and distributor based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The Story

In early 2023 Floorily began selling CoreLogic wholesale to contractors, installers, flippers, and commercial projects via a team of sales reps—they called this sales channel CoreLogic Direct. In coordination with their Direct Response team, it was our job to generate leads for CoreLogic Direct. One of the first objectives for this project was to create a web presence. Short-Form Video Ads

Our primary objective for client accounts was lead generation via paid ads. While we made hundreds of static graphic and video ads in 2023, a few video ads stand out as top performers:

Conclusion

Our click-to-message funnels generated 18,957 leads for less than $14 apiece, compared to $24 industry benchmark (source). We also created exponential audience growth and consistently improved market share, lowering cost per 1000 impressions month after month. Our advertising also reached 7.5 million unique Meta accounts, driving brand awareness and offline sales.

Through paid advertising campaigns our lead generation activities resulted in more than 1,500 sales appointments booked. That’s $96.35 per booked appointment, compared to the manufacturing industry average of $691 (source).

The CoreLogic account capitalized on having a website with an ongoing SEO optimized content marketing strategy supported by an organic social media strategy and super charged by a paid social strategy. This drove down all advertising costs and made our customer acquisition cost much lower than industry standard.
