Floorily is flooring manufacturer and distributor based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The Story
Floorily’s website was built by a different agency and has a few issues. Because Floorily planned to convert this domain into an E-Commerce platform, they decided to hold off on investing in rebuilding the website before we were ready to launch their online retail operations. Instead we used blogging as an effort to build domain authority and bring traffic to the site in the meantime.
Throughout 2023, our blog articles were featured on Google Discover on several occasions and our content became the featured snippet for various keywords. In 2023 we ranked #1 for 67 keywords on Google. Another 100 of our keywords ranked in the top 3, and 453 keywords in total ranked in the top 10 on Google.
Website Statistics
In the past year of blogging and SEO optimization efforts, we created 1 million impressions and drove more than 20,000 users to the Floorily website via 37 blog posts. Our SEO strategy earned us ranking in the Top 10 Google search results for 450 different keywords related to flooring, real estate, interior design, and home improvement. Despite not having a connected sales funnel, we exceeded our brand awareness and content marketing goals. The high value of our content was recognized by Google Discover and was organically shared or featured on other platforms like Yahoo. Our backlink strategy was beginning to show promising results by Q3 of 2023 with a Domain Authority Score of 15.
